Ronald M. Holley
Mr. Holley has been practicing since 1963, and joined the firm the same year. At this time, he focuses his practice in the area of family law. He has 43 years' experience in counseling clients in civil law matters, including extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of state court litigation. Within family law, Mr. Holley's main focus is representing parties in divorce proceedings.
Mr. Holley's legal accomplishments include:
Working with clients in a "business dissolution" approach in which existing properties are protected, information is exchanged voluntarily, and a fair and just settlement is effected timely and efficiently.
Counseling clients to be particularly sensitive to the needs of children and proceeding, where at all possible, to effect a joint managing conservatorship arrangement which is in the best interests of the children and both spouses.
Successfully mediated hundreds of divorce cases, thereby settling the underlying divorce case without resorting to the courts for a trial, resulting in a tremendous savings in both time and money to the client.
